Join me for a 30 minute Full Body Standing Pilates workout to improve your balance, fitness and strength. This workout will build Stronger Legs, Hips and Glutes, improve your Balance and Core strength. It's also great for improving your posture and cardio fitness. There'll be lots of fun balance challenges and exercises to raise the heart rate. Prepare to get a little sweaty with this one and for shaky legs during and post class! It will be based on my Pilates and Dance background and is a great session to add into your week to build cardio fitness as well as strength and tone in your body. It can be used as a warm up to a longer workout or standalone as daily workout or active recovery session.
